adult:CONNECT - POTLUCK/GAME NIGHT
Our first event of the year will be at Dave and Krista’s house Friday, February 21st at 6pm. A game night will be a low key way to get to know new members. We’ll start out with a heavy appetizer pot luck dinner served buffet style (not a sit down dinner). After dinner we’ll play board or card games. Please reply to Dave Hwang if you are planning to attend so I can prepare my space properly and let you know where I live.
(Remember adult:Connect events are kid-free.)
WHEN: Saturday, Feb. 29th: Leap Year!! TIME: 5:30—8:30 PM
WHERE: You will be assigned two homes to visit and share in heavy appetizers, and then meet back at the church for dessert with all.
HOW DOES THIS WORK? You can sign up to be a host or a host’s helper to bring a food and drink at one of your assigned homes.
WHY? This is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy good food, catch-up with old friends, and make some new friends as well!
NEED CHILDCARE? See info below about Parent's Night Out!

These follow up conversations to the Anti-Racism Series will dig deeper into some of the structures and actions that perpetuate racism and impact each of us- white or people of color. Topics will be drawn from the feedback received, and space will be made to ask questions and talk through experiences. Join in to learn, process and act for change in community.
