CTS Cares sends cards, text messages, and emails to members during challenging times.  CTS Cares may also provide meals, transportation, and lay care support during physical and mental health crises or during life transitions such as births, divorce/separation, or death. Support for Faith Communities: Local and Nationwide
  • The Interfaith Network on Mental Illness (INMI) educates members of faith communities on mental illness and provides resources to promote mental well-being. Connect with INMI here.
  • The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) leads classes and support groups on mental health around the nation. The Boulder County NAMI affiliate offers all programs free of charge to participants. The NAMI FaithNet is another interfaith network with many online resources for navigating mental illness and spirituality.
